A World Expo is an event that brings together people and innovations from around the world in an effort to address issues facing humankind on a global scale. The Osaka Expo 1970, Japan’s, and Asia’s, first ever, became a symbol of Japan’s rapid economic growth and one of the country’s most lauded events. Twenty years after the Aichi Expo 2005, Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai will bring the international community back to Japan.

科技领域取得成就的国际性大型展示会。
1970年在日本和亚洲首次举办的大阪世博会(EXPO’70)
成为象征日本经济高速增长的一大活动。
2025年大阪关西世博会是继2005年举办的爱·地球之后
时隔20年又一次在日本举办的世界博览会。

Zero Waste Policy at Osaki Town
大崎町零废弃政策
This journey will bring you to Osaki Town after a night stay on Ferry Sunflower from Osaka to Shibushi City. The reason Osaki Town is included in this itinerary is because of its achievements in municipal waste management, in which, it is able to recycle 83.1% of its waste, in contrast with the 20% national recycling rate, gaining itself the top spot in Japan for 12 consecutive years. In April 2024, circular village hostel GURURI was opened for visitors to experience the Osaki's method of waste management. We will have one night stay here after a-day-long of study tour and lecture on Osaki Town. However, due to the capacity of this accommodation, this route is only opened for 5 participants.
本次旅程除了会带您参加世界博览会外，还将带您访问大崎町。我们将在从大阪前往九州志布志市的向日葵客轮上度过一晚后抵达大崎町。大崎町之所以被选入本次旅程中是因为其在废弃物管理中取得的成就。大崎町以83.1%的回收率连续12年成为全日本回收率最高的自治体，相比之下全国平均的回收率在20%左右。2024年4月，大崎町打造了循环乡村旅馆GURURI，以便访客能够体验大崎町的废弃物回收模式。我们将在为期一天的视察与学习后留宿于此。但是，由于该住宿所能够容纳的人数有限，本次行程仅对5名参与者开放。

Please note that people with poor physical condition, those who use wheelchairs or other equipment, those with mental or physical disabilities, pregnant women, those who may become pregnant, those who are accompanied by assistance dogs for the physically handicapped (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs), and other people who need special consideration may not participate.
